Rules of use

  • Do not add or compare amounts across different years or scopes (e.g. a government and its utility company).
  • An empty cell means “no data”, not zero.
  • Economic and functional budget classifications overlap.
  • Cite the original source (source_id column) and Javni trag as processor.
  • The data are not a rating, ranking or proof of wrongdoing.

File format

CSV: UTF-8 with BOM (opens correctly in Excel), comma separator, text in double quotes, decimal point, CRLF line endings. JSON: UTF-8, an object with the dataset description (dataset) and rows (rows); unknown is null. Year filter: add ?godina=2024 to the file URL.

API (v1, read-only)

Public JSON API, no login, callable from any website (CORS) for GET requests. The version is in the URL; breaking changes will get a new version.
