Why the figures are comparable
One publication (Ministry of Environmental Protection and Green Transition, ISGO, "Selected data for local governments for 2024", sheet "Prilog 1._KO_2024."), the same local-government row (same locator), the same year 2024. Original columns: C total municipal waste collected by the public service (tonnes), D mixed municipal waste collected by the public service (tonnes), E residents covered by organised collection, F kg/resident, G separate collection rate within the public service. Tonnes, kg/resident and percent are published to two decimals; each value is taken as an interval of ±0.005, residents as an exact integer. "Prilog 2" fractions (kg/resident) are excluded: different unit, unstated denominator and a non-exhaustive fraction list. Identity: Original column F "Kg/stanovnik" sits beside column C (tonnes) and column E "residents covered by organised collection"; definition carried by the record (definition attribute): "All public-service municipal waste per resident covered by organised collection"; 1 t = 1000 kg. Total waste is the 2024 flow; residents served is the stock the original uses as the denominator of the same row.
